Terms & conditions

By commissioning Meitsuoko, you, the Client, agree to the following terms and conditions:GENERAL:
The client is considered to fully read and agree to the Terms & Conditions when purchasing a commission from the artist. It is not necessary for the client to have signed any document/s for these terms to apply. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, violating any term will result in blacklisting and the artist taking legal action.--
» Artwork is for personal use only. Absolutely no reselling of the artwork!
Should the artwork be involved in commercial use, the artist and the client should negotiate.
» Do not commission me for AI or NFT art.
» The artist has the right to accept or decline commissions.--
PAYMENT:
» The client must pay at least 50% or full for down payment before the artist will start on the piece.
The artist will send a sketch to the client first before asking for a down payment.
» All invoices must be paid within 72 hours after the client's approval of the initial sketch. Failure to do so will lead to the cancellation of the client's commission. The client must contact the artist if they need additional time.
» The artist will only start the rendering process once they receive the down payment.--
REVISIONS:
» There will only be 3 maximum revisions. The artist will update the client before the rendering stage (drafting, initial sketch, lineart) and the rendering stage (coloring). The client can only ask for minor revision/s (lighting, contrast, etc.) once the artist has finished the artwork.
» Any revisions made passed the maximum revisions set will be charged an extra fee.--
DELIVERY & FORMAT:
» The artist may take up to three (3) days (minimum) to a maximum of one (1) month after a down payment has been made.
» In case the client issues an immediate deadline, a rush fee will apply. This fee will be agreed upon during the commission's negotiation.
» The artwork will be sent in .png format through email. The client can also request the video process of the artwork.
» No .psd files will be given unless the client will pay for the price of commercial use.--
COPYRIGHT:
» The artist has the right to include the piece in their portfolio and post the artwork in their socials (unless the client has a personal reason for the artwork to not be posted).
» DO NOT CLAIM MY ART AS YOUR OWN.
Credit the artist when posting the artwork on the client's socials.
» DO NOT USE MY ART TO FEED ON AI.
» DO NOT RESELL MY ARTWORK.
Negotiation with the artist should take place when the client inquires for commission for commercial use.--
REFUNDS:
» The client may only receive a full refund if the artist hasn't started rendering the project.
In case of personal emergency on the side of the artist, wherein the artist cannot complete the said commission, the artist will fully refund the commission fee.
» If there's no reply on the part of the Client for a period of 30 days (that is, the Client fails to reply to an email by Meitsuoko), the artist will issue a warning email. If this warning email is not replied to (and communication does not resume) within the following period of 15 days, the artist reserves the right to terminate the commission. In this event, all deposits paid will be retained by the artist and the commission will be cancelled.
» Should the Client cancel the commission agreement after the Artwork has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
